Perceptions Shift

This dress by Perceptions is a little large on me but it is very comfortable and the pattern is beautiful. I love the 3/4 sleevees and the easiness of the fabric.

Hip Shaker!

These little bellydance hip scarves are really nice
when learning the art of the dance. The little chimes
sound nice. The scarves are such cool little decorative
pieces in a class.
Have two that I left behind in the UK in black and green.

My favourite vintage piece!

I love this little Don Loper vintage black and white check skirt suit. Mentioned it in another post awhile back. The look is so elegant and classic. Too bad I can no longer wear it but I am definitely going to keep it--just in case ;-).

*********April Swag*********

Got a cool little gift bag today from a rep.
There's such cool little goodies included in them.
The one for the month of April included a very nice
body butter by Asquith and Somerset and the scent is
Coconut and Banana. Haven't tried it yet but smells really
good. There's a rice milk soap bar by Pre de Provance France.
Going to give this one a try in the shower in a few.
I also got a Tea Tree Oil Peel Off Foot Mask; wonder what that
ones like. Even better there was a full pack of green tea in box.
This deals are always good to sample. Makes you want to buy more
if you really love it. They also threw in a cute little clear
lavender bead room fragrance. The smell is wonderful.
Even sweeter was a bar of European Ritter Sport Milk Chocolate
and Strawberry creme. Merci guys ;-)

Summer Scarves

I should dedicate a blog completely to scarves as I have found a great passion for them and have loads of them. Found this cute little rainbow scarf on eBay for a cool $2! It's a cool and colourful headscarf and great for summer!
The stripey long scarf is very nice and has a stretchy fabric which is different. Looks great with tunics or almost anything.

The Perfect Gucci Mini

I got this bag on the cheap on Ebay. It's a cute little vintage bag from Gucci that I want to revamp into a stylish mini bag. Will take it to a leather shop and have the strap shortened so it will be easier to carry as I am not very big on bags with long straps for safety reasons and for the fact that they are not as easy to carry. This will be fun ;-)

Fabulous Fakes!

Seriously thinking of getting these two fabulous fakes.
I love the look and style of the Dior saddlebag--would be great to get the leather version of this bag. It's so sleek and stylish.
The Miu Miu Coffer is very nice too. Even better they are both on sale which they should be as they are fakes.

Faux Designer shades deal

These fake D&G sunglasses are really
cool and I am thinking of buying them
off eBay. I am not a big fan of buying
expensive designer sunglasses for the
sole reason that I could either lose
them or break them and as sure that I
would pay $200 for a pair something
would definately go wrong. This are for
a cool 2/$20! That's great one black
one brown and I love the design and look.
What the heck!

Crazy for Scarves

A great scarf makes a wonderful accent to
an outfit. The darker scarves were a good find
at a market in Marrakech and will work well
with a nice summer outfit, around the neck
or head.
The ivory decorated scarf I found at Forever 21
and will look awesome with my many tunics.
I think the desert look will be popular this
year.
Found the grey one at ASDA in London for three
pounds. What a steal on a nice cotton scarf!

Vera Wang cami and tee

At first I had some reservations on the look of this top with the combination of light weight cotton and black velvet but came up with an idea of how to pull off a cool look with it. It's by Simply Vera Wang for Kohl's.
A sweet black velvet camisole over a nice cap sleeve white tee would look really cool paired with black jeans or slim trousers and boots. To dress it up and make it more fun I can add this beautiful silver blue neck scarf. I sprung for it anyway at $10 plus $4 on the scarf. A trendy and cool look for less that 15 bucks!

Great Finds

Thought I would start this new blog
on the many great and fabulous shopping deals
that I come across on my many shopping
excursions. Yeah more or less of the things
that I come across are the perfect and unbelieveable
steals. Of course there are those moments when some of
the things I find can't be used for a another several
months :-( but who the hell cares when the look is
classic and almost a true give-away. I have founds
loads of great deals here in most places that
I shop from Dallas to Atlanta to London and Paris.
